Starch Paste (200g Pouch) [Includes Kneading Video]

This is the starch glue also used by Tsumami Zaiku artisans.
The distinguishing feature of Ichirindo's starch glue is its lower water content compared to commercially available starch glues.

We often hear from customers who say that commercially available starch glues have too much water, causing flowers to open up the moment they are placed in the glue, or that they become discouraged from using glue because they can't make things properly.

Before kneading, it is thick and a little hard, like Uiro, but by kneading it thoroughly with a glue board and spatula, it softens, and the more you knead it, the stronger its adhesive power becomes.

A QR code for a short video on how to knead the glue is included, so please scan the QR code with your smartphone and watch. (It's a simple video, about 2 minutes long.)
