Purchase process
(1) Please select the product you want.
(2) Place the product in your shopping cart.
(3) Check your cart.
Please check that your order details are correct and then click the "Next" button.
(4) Please complete the purchase procedure.
Please enter your "Customer Information", "Shipping Address" and "Payment Method" as instructed.
(5) You can check all details in the "Order Confirmation" page.
After checking the details, click the "Confirm Order" button.
(6) Your purchase will be completed.
(7) You will receive an order confirmation email. This email will be your receipt, so please keep it until you receive your product.

If you require a receipt, please write it in the comments section or contact us using the inquiry form.
However, we do not mail receipts.
*If you order by cash on delivery, please use the receipt issued by Yamato Transport. Therefore, please note that we do not issue receipts from our company.
Cash on delivery
Delivery will be via Yamato Transport cash on delivery service.
If you choose cash on delivery, the delivery company may call you to confirm that you are at home when the item is delivered, so please be sure to enter your phone number.
Please pay the [product price], [shipping fee] and [cash on delivery fee] when the product arrives.

Yamato card payments cannot be used for custom-made items (items with quotes), items with variable prices, experiences, etc.
If the product cannot be delivered due to absence, the delivery company will store the product.
