Shipping and Delivery

Order Processing

• Orders placed before 1:00 PM will be processed on the same business day.

• Orders placed after 1:00 PM, or on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, will be processed on the following business day.

Shipping Schedule

• Orders confirmed by 6:00 PM on a business day will be shipped starting from the next business day.

Estimated Delivery

• Typically 2–3 days from the shipping date.

• Please note: We do not accept requests for specific delivery dates.

• For bank transfers, items will be shipped after payment is confirmed.

• Delivery may be delayed due to the following reasons:

  • Shipments to Hokkaido, Okinawa, parts of the Tohoku region, or remote islands.

  • Adverse weather conditions or traffic congestion.

International Shipping

We do not sell or ship products outside of Japan.

To our international customers: At this time, we only sell and ship within Japan. We apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you for your understanding.

Shipping Fees (Effective Oct 1, 2024)

• Free Shipping: For orders totaling 11,000 JPY (tax incl.) or more.

• Standard Shipping (TA-Q-BIN): For orders under 11,000 JPY:

  • 1,340 JPY: Okinawa

  • 1,230 JPY: Hokkaido, Fukuoka, Saga, Nagasaki, Oita, Kumamoto, Miyazaki, Kagoshima

  • 1,020 JPY: Okayama, Hiroshima, Tottori, Shimane, Yamaguchi, Kagawa, Tokushima, Ehime, Kochi

  • 910 JPY: Aomori, Iwate, Akita, Wakayama, Shiga, Nara, Kyoto, Hyogo, Osaka

  • 800 JPY: All other regions (Tokyo, Kanagawa, Chiba, Saitama, Aichi, etc.)

• Nekopos: 350 JPY (Flat rate) *Currently suspended

• Click Post: 185 JPY (Flat rate)

  • Restrictions: Length 14–34cm, Width 9–25cm, Thickness up to 3cm, Weight up to 1kg.

  • If the order exceeds these limits, it will be sent via TA-Q-BIN and additional shipping fees will apply.
