What to bring: Basic set (glue board, glue spatula, starch glue, tweezers, scissors, ruler, awl, flat-nose pliers, round-nose pliers, writing tools, hand towel, clear file, masking tape, glue, wet wipes, melamine sponge for holding flowers, box for taking home)

《Important Notes》
*Course fees must be paid in advance when applying for a course (advance reservation and advance payment system).
*In the event of a course cancellation, we will contact you regarding the cancellation and refund. Please register an email address and phone number where you can be reached.
*On the day of the course, you must check in at Ichirindo every time (please pick up your name tag every time. First-time participants will create one on their first visit).
*Each course is a group lesson. If you wish to choose your fabric in advance, please arrive early enough to finish choosing by the start time.
*All courses are on a first-come, first-served basis (we do not offer a waiting list). Please make your reservation early.
*Please note that tardiness and early departure are generally not permitted. In cases of unavoidable circumstances such as public transportation delays, please notify us individually.
*For all courses, observation or accompanying by anyone other than registered participants is not allowed. We appreciate your understanding.

《Regarding Cancellation Policy》

For credit card payments, if the "shipping complete" process has not yet been done, there is a cancellation button here, so please contact us. Cancellations are not possible after the "shipping complete" process or for payments other than credit card (convenience store, bank transfer) after payment has been made.
In such cases, please contact us via the inquiry form. We will issue a refund to your individual bank account (transfer fees will be borne by the customer).
*However, refunds are not possible after the cancellation deadline for each course.

[Classroom Courses]
・Up to 3 days before the course: No cancellation fee (full course fee minus processing fees will be refunded) *Refunds will be issued to the credit card used for payment.
・From 3 days before to the day of the course: Full course fee will be borne by the customer (no refund).
・Please understand that course date changes cannot be made due to system limitations.
If a course is canceled due to circumstances of Ichirindo or the instructor, a full refund will be issued. *Alternatively, a transfer to another course will be offered.
A full refund will also be issued if a course is canceled due to not reaching the minimum number of participants.
