Tomura Lecture: Lupinus, Part 1 - Making Hairpin Flowers

This is "Lupinus" by Kinuyo Tomura, an active Edo Tsumami Kanzashi artisan. You will learn how to directly attach fabric to wire, which is a representative technique of the Tomura style.

Duration: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM (with a break)

What to bring: Basic set (glue board, glue spatula, starch paste, tweezers, scissors, ruler, awl, flat-nose pliers, round-nose pliers, writing tools, hand towel, clear file, masking tape, bond, wet wipes, melamine sponge for holding flowers, box for taking home)

*Course fees must be paid in advance when applying (advance reservation and payment system).
*In the event of course cancellation, we will notify you of the cancellation and refund. Please ensure you register an email address and phone number where you can be reached.
*On the day of the course, you must always check in at Ichirindo (please receive your name tag each time; first-time attendees will have one made on their first visit).
*Each course is a group lesson. If you wish to choose your fabric in advance, please arrive early enough to complete your selection by the start time.
*All courses are on a first-come, first-served basis. (We do not offer waitlist support.) Please make your reservation as early as possible.
*As a general rule, tardiness and early departure are not permitted. In unavoidable cases such as public transportation delays, please notify us individually.
*For all courses, observation or accompanying by anyone other than the registered participants is not permitted. Please be aware of this in advance.

《Regarding Cancellation Policy》

For credit card payments, if processing has not yet been completed, please contact us as there is a cancellation button available. Cancellations are not possible after processing or after payment has been made via methods other than credit card (convenience store, bank transfer).
In such cases, please inquire via the contact form. We will refund the amount to your bank account individually. (Transfer fees will be borne by the customer).
*However, refunds are not possible after the cancellation deadline for each course.

【In-person Courses】
・Up to 3 days before the course: No cancellation fee (full course fee refunded minus handling fees) *Refund will be issued to the card used for payment.
・From 3 days before to the day of the course: Full course fee borne by the customer (no refund).
・Please understand that course date changes cannot be made due to system limitations.
If a course is canceled due to circumstances of Ichirindo or the instructor, a full refund will be issued. *Alternatively, a transfer to another date will be offered.
If the minimum number of participants is not met and the course is canceled, a full refund will be issued.
