Hearing from those who have actually created pieces, about the usability of materials, the ease of handling tools, what they felt during the workshops, and stories about their finished works, brings us immense joy and is a huge encouragement.

While we previously operated a physical store, we are currently focusing on our e-commerce site to manage operations with limited staff.

We transitioned to the new e-commerce site with the aim that your reviews would provide great reassurance to those who will create works next, addressing such anxieties and questions.
In particular, reviews with photos are very helpful for imagining how hair ornaments look when worn, so we would be delighted if photos taken on the day, or photos showing examples of material and tool usage, could serve as a bridge between customers.

This is the first time we've received reviews in this format, and we ourselves are thrilled to read them.
