🌸How to use your Point Transfer Coupon

Thank you for always choosing Ichirindo.

To customers who held points on the old site, we sequentially sent "coupon codes equivalent to the point amount" via email on February 10th.

"I received an email, but how do I use it?" "Where do I enter it on the payment screen?"

To answer such questions, we will explain in detail how to use the coupon.

🌸Please have the "email containing the coupon code" ready and proceed with the following steps.

1. Log in to the shop

First, please log in from the "person icon" in the upper right corner of the shop screen. (*You need to log in with the same email address as on the old site)

2. Copy the coupon code

Open the email you received and copy the alphanumeric code (e.g., 9N14XXXXXXXX_20). *Copying and pasting is the most reliable method, as manual entry can easily lead to full-width/half-width character errors!

3. Add items to your cart

Add your desired items to the cart and proceed to "Checkout."

4. Enter the coupon code (This is important!)

When you proceed to the payment screen, press "Add discount" and an "Coupon code" input field will appear.

Paste the code you copied earlier here, and then tap the "Apply" button on the right.

5. Confirm that the discount has been applied

Confirm that the coupon amount has been deducted from the total and complete the payment.

⚠️ Please note

●Regarding tools and accessories such as tweezers
We apologize, but coupons are not applicable to some ineligible items (tweezers, glue boards, leaflets, etc.). If your cart only contains ineligible items, an error message will be displayed.

●Regarding purchase limit
Applicable when the purchase amount is ¥3,300 or more for eligible products.

●Only one coupon can be used per purchase.
It cannot be combined with other discount coupons.
